Maths/ 3D Surface Viewer

The following application allows you to select the shape/outline of your surface and then creates a rotatable surface of revolution. The vertices are taken from the positions of the red dots, they are rotated sequentially and the faces specified. These are z-ordered by depth and coloured according to inclination to the observer. I also make the faces inside darker.

Use the 'sections' box to change the increment of revolution. Choose a low number and wireframe if it's running slowly.
