Slidey Game
Make a slidey game out of any photo!
Download the swf file and put it in the same folder as your photo, which must be 480 by 360 pixels in size. Then just open the swf file to get your slidey game. This is written in Flash and uses the Image Loader component to grab you image. It duplicates it 15 times and masks the relevant portions. I apply a series of moves and then adjust to get the blank in the bottom right corner.

How to use matrices in Flash to correctly position photos on a rotating three-dimensional cube. In this file I use a mathematical formula called the Polar Decomposition of a matrix. This enables me to write a general matrix as a product of rotations and stretches. These can then be used to adjust the photographs to fit it onto the cube and rotate correctly.
